1. TAVO Next
The TAVO Next is a budget-friendly stroller that can accommodate children up to 50 pounds. It's very spacious and the seat reclines and lies flat. It's also easy to close and open and comes with an XXL canopy with peek-a-boo windows and venting. For 2021, Nuna gave the TAVO an updated harness that comes with Magnetech Secure Snap, which makes it easy and secure to fasten with just one hand.
The TAVO is a great option for parents who wish to save money. However, it's not the best option if you need a bassinet or reversible seat. It's only able to be oriented only one way, and doesn't have any accessories like a bassinet stand or rain cover. The MIXX Next is the better choice for those who need more, as it can take these accessories.

The fabrics of the UPPAbaby V2 are machine washable. This is crucial because it will extend the life of your buggy so that you can use it for a long time. It also makes it easier to remove spilled food or juice instead of having to get rid of staining that is difficult to remove.
The new tires from UPPAbaby are bigger and more comfortable than the previous models, which makes for an easier ride. They are able to handle rough terrain and limit vibrations while rolling through the city. The brakes are one-handed operation and are easy to use. 3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is an excellent choice for parents looking to invest in an infant stroller that can expand with their family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller that can be configured in more than 20 ways to accommodate different seat units such as infant car seats, cots, and cradles.
We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it perfect for parents who like to explore. It also comes with a large storage basket beneath and plenty of attachments to give parents the option to carry lighter shopping items or groceries with it. It's a little more expensive than other two-in-one prams but it's worth the purchase because of the quality and functionality of this model is top-notch.
This stroller features an easy-pull harness that makes securing your child's seat a breeze. It comes with sun canopy with XXL panels that can be removed and peek-aboo windows. It also comes with a handy tray for parents to store drinks, snacks, and phone. The handlebar can be adjusted to fit the parents' height and the brake is easy to access which makes it safe for children to use.
Our mom tester Sophie from London used this stroller with her two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She pushed it over bumpy, uneven and cobbled streets and found the stroller to be very smooth and easy to maneuver. She was delighted that the padded seats and footrests are ergonomically designed for comfort and the large shopping basket was handy. She also liked the fact that the hood and handlebar fabrics were machine washable essential for parents who are always on the go!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
The Twin Roo+ is a frame stroller with a minimalist design that provides car seat compatibility. It also has a large storage container. It's one of the lightest twin strollers available. It weighs just 24 pounds. without attachments for infant car seats. This is quite light for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby v2 double as well as the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It is easy to put together and takes less than 10 minutes to be road-ready. It doesn't come with an integrated canopy, so your babies will need to wear their own sunshades if you need extra coverage from the elements.
Through our testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can maneuver through all types of terrain, but it can be difficult in grassy areas and on gravel. It isn't easy to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We don't recommend using this stroller off the road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to limit bumps for passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's hard to access without removing infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers often have however Joovy offers a separate underseat baby carrier to solve this issue.
Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd like to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility when it comes to seating arrangement is a major plus. Parents can place their infant car seats in either opposite directions or the same direction, depending on their requirements.

It also scores well for maneuverability which is an essential aspect for parents looking for a stroller that can be tucked away in small spaces. The Delta is a basic model, lacking some features other strollers we have tested like a big storage basket or a wide recline. It's a great choice for families on a tight budget or for those who only need a second stroller occasionally, like for trips to the Zoo.
